To report content or behavior that violates the AUP — phishing, malware, impersonation, or other abusive use of the gateway — use either channel:

When reporting, please include the full URL(s) involved, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence — this helps us triage and act quickly.

For technical problems with your own dWebsite (resolution errors, configuration issues), use the Troubleshooting guide and the #support-tickets channel in Discord instead — the abuse channels are for AUP violations only.
